Standard Features
ADBG-DR - High Tensile Steel
Vertical Round Bars: 7/8” diameter high tensile strength steel double ribbed bars 6” on centers interlocked with horizontal bars. Non heat-treated.
Horizontal Flat Bar: 2-1/2” x 3/8” high tensile strength steel flat bars and interior frame. Stitch welded to sleeve. Non heat-treated.
ADBG-TR - Heat Treated Steel
Vertical Round Bars: Same as above except heat treated to meet ASTM A-627 Standard for Tool Resisting Steel
Horizontal Flat Bar: Same as above except heat treated to meet ASTM A-627 Standard for Tool Resisting Steel

Sleeve: 10 ga. steel sleeve (specify length) with continuously welded seams.
Round sleeve: Not Available
Locking Angle Frame: 1" x 1" x 3/16" welded one piece steel angle (shipped loose for field installation). Other sizes available - consult factory.
Finish
Standard: White Powder Coat Finish
Optional: Rust Inhibiting Prime Coat. Consult factory for other finishes
Optional Features
Anchoring studs: in lieu of angle frames for Precast concrete or block construction.
Adapter: square to round (shipped loose)
Construction
The double ribbed bars pass through the pre-punched flat bar and locked in place on 6” centers. Flat bars are stitch welded to the inside of the sleeve and intermediately on
12” centers maximum.
Installation
The unit is installed through the wall and is secured on each side by locking frames. One frame is factory welded and the other frame is shipped loose for field attachment. See Installation Overview.
